Q)  What are your payment options?
A)  You can choose one from the following flexible payment options:

        1. Credit Cards;
  
       2. Bank Telegraphic Transferred (t/t) In Advance;
         3. By Remittance In Advance; 
         4. Cheque or cash on delivery.  
             However, cash or cheque  on delivery is applicable only to local  purchases.

Q)  How are goods delivered to us?
A)  1. Local Delivery (Singapore) : Cash & Carry; 
    2. Delivery as per your instruction;
     3. International Delivery : By Sea; By Air; Courier Service;
        Hand Carry (For Indonesia Only).

Q)  How long will it take for the goods to be delivered from the day I order?
A)  1. Delivery to Singapore Addresses: Delivery will take place within 3 working  days, after receipt of order (For ex-stock goods only), Mon- Fri, between 9 am to 6pm, Sat 9 am to 1pm. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays. 
2. Delivery to International Addresses: Upon processing of the order and collection of payment by credit card, or bank (t/t) in advance. The products are usually delivered within 10 working days.

Q)  Is there a goods returnable policy?
A)  Generally, goods purchased are not returnable or refundable in cash. However, if the goods are defective in manufacturing, you may return the defective goods for a replacement of the same type within 15 working days from the date of delivery.

Q)  About the Stock Availability?
A)  We cannot guarantee that there is ex-stock for all items in your order. An inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare case, an item may be ex-stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any item which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove off the item from your order.
